Two deputies from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Office in Missouri were injured on Friday morning after a suspect involved in a narcotics investigation opened fire during the execution of a search warrant. The deputies were attempting to serve the warrant when the suspect shot both officers. One deputy returned fire, but the suspect was not struck.
