VIRGINIA GIUFFRE, SURVIVOR AND ADVOCATE IN JEFFREY EPSTEIN CASE, DIES BY SUICIDE

VIRGINIA GIUFFRE, a prominent survivor who accused the late financier JEFFREY EPSTEIN and PRINCE ANDREW of sexual abuse during her youth, has tragically died by suicide at the age of 41, according to reports. Giuffre passed away at her residence in Neergabby, Australia, where she had been living, as confirmed by NBC News.

Giuffre was one of the most vocal accusers in the Epstein case, filing a lawsuit in New York in 2021. She alleged that she was forced to have sex with PRINCE ANDREW three times between 1999 and 2002 while she was underage. Her case brought significant attention to the long-standing allegations surrounding Epstein and his associates.

Epstein, who was federally charged with sex trafficking, died by suicide in a New York City jail cell in 2019. Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend who recruited Giuffre at the age of 16, was convicted of sex trafficking in 2021.

In a heartfelt statement to NBC News, Giuffre’s family expressed their profound grief: “It is with utterly broken hearts that we announce that Virginia passed away last night at her farm in Western Australia. She lost her life to suicide, after being a lifelong victim of sexual abuse and sex trafficking. Virginia was a fierce warrior in the fight against sexual abuse and sex trafficking. She was the light that lifted so many survivors. In the end, the toll of abuse became unbearable for Virginia to handle.”

Giuffre’s courageous advocacy and relentless pursuit of justice inspired countless survivors worldwide. Her legacy as a survivor and advocate will continue to resonate in the fight against sexual exploitation.
