Operation Tidal Wave: 800 Illegal Immigrants Arrested in ICE and Florida Law Enforcement Joint Operation

Additionally, **Savva Klishchevskii**, a Russian illegal immigrant, was arrested under an **Interpol Red Notice** for **vehicular manslaughter**. **Aron Isaak Morazan-Izaguirre**, a Honduran, was identified as a member of the **18th Street gang** and has allegedly re-entered the illegally twice.

Criticism arose as migrant lawyers claimed that the Trump administration was deporting individuals without **”due process.”** However, ICE documented that detainees were given as few as **12 hours** to challenge their deportations under the **Alien Enemies Act**.

The operation also drew scrutiny as two federal judges were accused of defying the court system by obstructing immigration enforcement efforts. **Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan** faces charges of **obstruction** after allegedly shielding a migrant from ICE. Similarly, former **Doña Ana County Magistrate Judge Joel Cano** and his wife, **Nancy Cano**, were charged with **evidence tampering** for reportedly harboring a member of Venezuela’s notorious **Tren de Aragua gang**, **Cristhian Ortega-Lopez**.

**Operation Tidal Wave** remains ongoing, with Florida continuing its collaboration with ICE to advance **President Donald Trump’s immigration enforcement agenda**. Officials praised the **Customs and Border Protection (CBP)** for its critical support during the operation, which has been described as a resounding success.
